Fereshteh Amin, MBA, Ed.D.

Fereshteh helps individuals in multicultural situations achieve greater success in life and in business. Her workshops, seminars and coaching practice are based on scientific research exposing the five common success factors exhibited by leaders who have successfully navigated the challenges of assimilation and multiculturalism.
Dr. Amin has worked with individuals and organizations from around the world in both Iran and the U.S. Her book, Success Strategies of Iranian American Leaders is currently in circulation in both countries. She has consulted managers on leadership and interviewed some of the most prominent Iranian business leaders in the U.S. to determine their secrets of success.
Dr. Amin was the first woman to receive an MBA from the Industrial Management Institute in Iran following the revolution. She completed her doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University. She is a board member of both the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association and the Board of Visitors at Pepperdine University.
Farzin Madjidi, Ed.D.

Dr. Madjidi has held management positions with the city of Los Angeles and Matrix Capital Associates, Inc., and has been a consultant to such organizations as AT&T, Federal Express, SWRL, and Psychemetrics, Inc. He has won outstanding teaching awards from the University of Phoenix as well as Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Technology and Graziadio School of Business. He has published several articles in the areas of organizational effectiveness in the nonprofit and public sectors and learning in virtual environments. Dr. Madjidi presently serves as the director of the doctoral program in Organizational Leadership.

Ahmad Ahmadian Ph.D.
Professor of Management
Dr. Ahmad Ahmadian is a professor of management at Colorado State University Pueblo for the past 25 years. Designed and delivered BSNA, MBA, and Executive Management courses in the areas of Strategic Management, International Management, Global Business, Global Strategy, and Leadership.
Dr. Ahmadian is active in executive programs, seminars, and workshops for industrial personnel and executives in United States, China, Mexico, and Iran. He is an excellent teacher and has published widely in variety of journals. He has authored four books, over fifty papers and presentations, and several cases in areas of Strategic Management, International/Global Business, and Leadership.
